What is cloud and cloud computing

The cloud refers to a network of remote servers that store, manage, and process data and applications over the internet instead of a local server or a personal computer.

Cloud computing is the delivery of various computing services, including storage, processing power, and applications, over the internet on a pay-per-use basis. It enables individuals and organizations to access computing resources on-demand and scale up or down as needed without owning or managing the underlying infrastructure. Cloud computing has several deployment models, including public, private, and hybrid clouds, and various service models, such as Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
