In WordPress, you can preview a post before publishing it to ensure that it looks and works as intended. Here’s how to preview a post in WordPress:
- Go to the WordPress dashboard and click on “Posts” in the left-hand menu.
- Find the post you want to preview and click on the “Preview” button below the post title.
- A new tab or window will open with the post preview. You can see how the post looks, including any images or formatting, and test any links or buttons.
- If you need to make changes, close the preview tab and go back to the WordPress editor to make your edits. You can preview the post again after making changes.
- Once you’re satisfied with the post, click the “Publish” button to make it live on your website.
Note that you can also preview a post by clicking the “Preview” button in the WordPress editor while you’re editing the post. This will open a preview tab where you can see how the post looks as you make changes.
